The PHPA Office is regularly open Monday to Friday (with the exception of Canadian statutory holidays) during the hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET. At all times while the office is open there is a live person available to take your calls.

Occasionally, for holidays and internal staff functions, the office may be closed. If this is the case, a message will be left on the office answering machine.
